Natalie’s relationship with Pilates began on the mat. She was inspired by the knowledge and precision of several teachers in her early 20s, and has continued the practice ever since. She is Stott certified and has advanced training in back care, scoliosis, shoulder dysfunction, and pre/post natal. Natalie gravitates to post-rehab and injured clients, focusing equally on strength and mobility to manage and alleviate pain. Her

goal is not for clients to be any certain size, but to move with resilience and ease.

She sees herself as a student for life and believes the teacher/client relationship is one of reciprocal learning. As the studio owner she hopes to create a sense of community in a space that is welcoming, colorful, and open. She looks forward to meeting you.
